Hillary Is The Most Corrupt Politician in Recent History!

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is truly the most corrupt politician ever, with her control over her transcripts of speeches at Wall Street firms being the latest example.

Hillary has come under heavy scrutiny for her paid speeches to Wall Street institutions while she has tried to campaign on being an enemy of Wall Street.

Despite claiming to be the most transparent candidate in U.S. history, Clinton has refused to release her transcripts. She went on ABC News on Sunday and said in a rather sarcastic and haughty manner, “Yes, you know, here’s another thing I want to say. Let everybody who’s ever given a speech to any private group under any circumstances release them. We’ll all release them at the same time. You know, I don’t mind being the subject in Republican debates, the subject in the Democratic primary. That kind of goes with the territory. I’ve been around long enough.”

Clinton also laughed off a reporter’s question about releasing the transcripts. As it turns out, McClatchy obtained contracts that reveal that at least four of Clinton’s contracts give her the ability to “own them and control their release.” This includes the Harry Walker agency, University of California Los Angeles, University of Nevada Las Vegas, and the University of Connecticut, all of which involved her being paid six-figures.

The Washington Post‘s Chris Cillizza believes that the reason why Clinton won’t release her transcripts is because they will reveal her speaking to speaking to Wall Street firms in rather glowing terms.

“Yes, it’s standard small talk. But it could look really, really bad in the context of the current campaign,” writes Cillizza. “Imagine a transcript of Clinton speaking to some big bank or investment firm where she thanks a litany of people she’s ‘been friends with forever’ and then praises the broader enterprise for ‘all you do.’ In the hands of Sanders and his campaign team/supporters, that sort of thing could wind up being very problematic to Clinton’s attempts — already somewhat clumsy — to cast herself as a true progressive fighter for the 99 percent against the 1 percent. It might even prove deadly to those attempts.”

The New York Post’s editorial board echoed Cillizza’s theory.

“Most likely, she just doesn’t want to be outed as having been kissy-kissy with the likes of Goldman [Sachs] chief Lloyd Blankfein,” the Post’s editors write. “Why give a gift to Bernie Sanders when he has already tied her in the polls?”

This Politico piece that’s been floating around the blogosphere appears to proves this:
BUT CLINTON OFFERED A MESSAGE THAT THE COLLECTED PLUTOCRATS FOUND REASSURING, ACCORDING TO ACCOUNTS OFFERED BY SEVERAL ATTENDEES, DECLARING THAT THE BANKER-BASHING SO POPULAR WITHIN BOTH POLITICAL PARTIES WAS UNPRODUCTIVE AND INDEED FOOLISH. STRIKING A SOOTHING NOTE ON THE GLOBAL FINANCIAL CRISIS, SHE TOLD THE AUDIENCE, IN EFFECT: WE ALL GOT INTO THIS MESS TOGETHER, AND WE’RE ALL GOING TO HAVE TO WORK TOGETHER TO GET OUT OF IT. WHAT THE BANKERS HEARD HER TO SAY WAS JUST WHAT THEY WOULD HOPE FOR FROM A PROSPECTIVE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE: BEATING UP THE FINANCE INDUSTRY ISN’T GOING TO IMPROVE THE ECONOMY—IT NEEDS TO STOP. AND INDEED GOLDMAN’S TIM O’NEILL, WHO HEADS THE BANK’S ASSET MANAGEMENT BUSINESS, INTRODUCED CLINTON BY SAYING HOW COURAGEOUS SHE WAS FOR SPEAKING AT THE BANK. (BRAVE, PERHAPS, BUT ALSO WELL-COMPENSATED: CLINTON’S MINIMUM FEE FOR PAID REMARKS IS $200,000).

CERTAINLY, CLINTON OFFERED THE MONEY MEN—AND, YES, THEY ARE MOSTLY MEN—AT GOLDMAN’S HQ A BIT OF A MORALE BOOST. “IT WAS LIKE, ‘HERE’S SOMEONE WHO DOESN’T WANT TO VILIFY US BUT WANTS TO GET BUSINESS BACK IN THE GAME,’” SAID AN ATTENDEE. “LIKE, MAYBE HERE’S SOMEONE WHO CAN LEAD US OUT OF THE WILDERNESS.”

CLINTON’S REMARKS WERE HARDLY A SWEEPING ABSOLUTION FOR THE SINS OF WALL STREET, WHOSE LEADERS SHE COURTED ASSIDUOUSLY FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT OVER A DECADE, AS A SENATOR AND A PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE IN 2008. BUT THEY DID REGISTER AS A REPUDIATION OF SOME OF THE ANGRY ANTI-WALL STREET RHETORIC EMANATING FROM LIBERALS RALLYING BEHIND THE LIKES OF SENS. ELIZABETH WARREN (D-MASS.) AND SHERROD BROWN (D-OHIO). AND PERHAPS EVEN MORE THAN THAT, CLINTON’S PRESENCE OFFERED A GLIMPSE TO A FUTURE IN WHICH WALL STREET MIGHT REPAIR ITS FRAYED POLITICAL RELATIONSHIPS.

“IMAGINE A TRANSCRIPT OF CLINTON SPEAKING TO SOME BIG BANK OR INVESTMENT FIRM WHERE SHE THANKS A LITANY OF PEOPLE SHE’S ‘BEEN FRIENDS WITH FOREVER’ AND THEN PRAISES THE BROADER ENTERPRISE FOR ‘ALL YOU DO.’”

THE WASHINGTON POST
According to The Washington Post, Clinton’s campaign and allied Super PACs received almost $160 million in donations from Wall Street. Given the fact that Clinton essentially put her position as Secretary of State up for sale, there is every reason to believe that all these Wall Street donations will in some way be repaid under a Clinton presidency in crony capitalist fashion.
Clinton’s transcripts likely do reflect her cozy relationship with Wall Street, which is why she refuses to release them. Yet another example of why she is the most corrupt politician ever.
DO YOU BELIEVED THAT CLINTON IS THE MOST CORRUPT POLITICIAN ?
