General Kelly Blasts Loud-Mouth Florida Congresswoman, Gives Her Nasty Surprise On Live TV

Florida Rep. Frederica Wilson made headlines when she decided to politicize the condolence phone call made by President Donald Trump to the widow of Sgt. La David Johnson, who was killed in action. After Wilson made the rounds on the leftist cable news shows, bashing Trump horribly, she was in for a rude awakening when General John Kelly decided to set the record straight. Kelly gave the congresswoman such a nasty surprise on live TV, she will never forget it.

Frederica Wilson, the Florida congresswoman, is some piece of work. Wearing rhinestone cowboy hats in flaming colors that she never takes off, she is someone who appears to have some screws loose. Then, she opens her mouth, and you can tell she is not playing with a full deck of cards. She is said to be the “southern Maxine Waters.”

With that in mind, when she came out and started bashing Trump over her version of a phone call to an Army widow, immediately the president disavowed anything she said. Wilson told CNN’s Don Lemon, “Basically, he [Trump] said, ‘Well, I guess he knew what he signed up for, but I guess it still hurt.'”
She went on, “Yeah, he said that. You know … that is something that you can say in a conversation, but you shouldn’t say that to a grieving widow. Everyone knows when you go to war you could possibly not come back alive, but you don’t remind a grieving widow of that. That is so insensitive. So insensitive.”
Trump countered her remarks as the leftist media attacked him. “I didn’t say what that congresswoman said. Didn’t say it at all,” Trump told reporters during a meeting on tax reform in the Cabinet Room. “She knows it, and she now is not saying it. I did not say what she said.”
The loser congresswoman then doubled down, saying, “Mr. Trump is crazy,” hours after she told CNN’s Alisyn Camerota that the President has a “brain disorder.”
Well, I guess General John Kelly had had enough of Wilson. General Kelly is a straight shooter, and he is not one to seek the limelight. So for Kelly to come out and meet the entire White House press corps, you know he is pissed off. What would make Kelly that angry? A liar, someone who he knew without any doubt was fabricating a story to hurt the president and Americans, alike.
After relating his support and sympathy to the fallen soldier’s family, Kelly explained that Trump had actually asked him, “What do I say to help these family members?” Kelly told Trump there is no way to make it better, that all he could do was to tell them, “He was doing the exact thing he wanted to do,” and that he “was surrounded by the best men and women in the world, his friends, when he died.” Kelly added that he was “stunned” that a “member of Congress would listen in to that conversation.”
Fox News reports, “Kelly became emotional when he recounted to the White House press corps what he was told by his Marine casualty officer Gen. Joseph Dunford after Kelly’s son was killed in an explosion in Afghanistan. ‘He said, he was doing exactly what he wanted to do when he was killed,’ Kelly recalled, adding that is the sentiment Trump was trying to convey to the grieving family members.”
Then, Kelly delivered a nasty surprise to the lying Florida congresswoman. You see, this wasn’t Kelly’s first interaction with the rhinestone hat wearing idiot. Kelly was present in 2015 when the FBI dedicated its Miami-Dade, Florida, field office to two agents killed in a firefight with drug traffickers. After some heartfelt speeches, Wilson took the stage and described how she secured the funding for the building.
“I was stunned that she had done that,” he said. “Even for someone that is that empty of a barrel.” His point was not missed on the press corps. After that smackdown, there was no one who now thinks the Florida congresswoman was telling the truth.
Kelly was so emotional and was so clear in his message, making sure everyone understood “empty of a barrel” means “empty morally,” coming from a place of deceit and lies, someone whose sole mission is to pander and cause division. Thank God for men like General John Kelly. He is truly an officer and a gentleman. Frederica Wilson can go back under whatever rock she came from, her 15 minutes of fame are up.

  1. Looks like you may have to keep a recorder on you at all times President Trump, so that cannot lie about what you said. Might be a good idea.
